Shindar Thrusting Tip

Start off with a sword built like so. We use a fiberglass core
wrapped in tape. Use as many layers of foam as necessary to make the
blade as wide as a beer-hugger. Also place a layer or two of closed cell
foam on the top to completely cover the core.

Then slip the beer-hugger onto the tip of the sword and glue it
with lots of glue. (Make sure to leave about half of it sticking off the
tip.

Finally put a chunk of open cell foam in the tip. Cover the sword
and go stab people.
